It's been one month since I completed my defensive driving course and I'm happy to report that the eight hours spent taking (although advertised it could be done in six) the course actually planted a few items in my long term memory.
1) respect 18 wheelers' blind spots because they can and will crush you
2) dog fighting is illegal in Texas
3) always obey the speed limit in places you've received tickets because another defensive driving class is not worth the few moments you save by speeding (for instance, I would have to speed along that single stretch of road 480 times before the risk of another 8 hour class could be justified ~ and I've already lost count)
Signaling,
Corky

Um, they addressed dog fighting? And you bothered to add up the time you'd make up speeding to save 8 hours? I'm not sure which one is the bigger conundrum.
Wow good to hear that you actually learned some things from your sessions in driving course. Well, it's all up to you to apply it. Just don't have forget that you have to. Thanks for the share!
